1. The service
BookingBandits provides a hosted booking-engine platform. We maintain the software, infrastructure and payment integration; you maintain inventory, pricing and the guest relationship.
2. Subscription & billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. There are no per-booking commissions. You may cancel at any time; the subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.
3. Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to list properties you do not have the right to sell, or for any unlawful activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Liability
BookingBandits's liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for losses arising from guest behaviour, third-party processors, or events outside our control.
